About
The Model
Behind the Walk
Born in Oklahoma City and now based in New York, Ashley North is a Native American/Irish plus-size model who has walked runways from Paris Fashion Week to Miami Swim Week.
Her face has appeared on three Times Square billboards — for Fashion Republic, designer Virginia Cathey, and designer Glow Art. She has been featured in ad campaigns for The New Yorker and People Magazine, and modeled swimwear for Runway Mama.
As an official RX Runway Brand Ambassador, Ashley represents the brand at runway shows and fashion events across the country. She has walked for Fashion Nova, Krissy King's The Bureau, the Beautiful You Fashion Tour, and dozens of shows spanning New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Paris.
Beyond modeling, Ashley is a singer who has opened for Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton, Toby Keith, and Glorilla. She's a proud member of both the New York Emmy Academy and the Recording Academy. And through Redemption by Ashley North, she designs fashion that celebrates confidence at every size.
